Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an ABM Program Coordinator to support the execution, tracking, and optimization of ABM programs targeting high-value accounts. You will work closely with the ABM Manager and cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and enablement to ensure timely delivery and measurable results.

The role emphasizes project management, asset organization, and seamless collaboration to drive engagement and conversion while maintaining data quality and program efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or ABM in a B2B environment.
• Experience supporting ABM or lead-generation campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Oracle Eloqua, CRM systems, and analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day logistics of ABM program plans and track timelines and tasks.
• Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders across marketing, sales and other teams.
• Monitor progress of ABM engagement plans and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Assist end-to-end delivery of ABM campaigns and client engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Organize and track assets, content, and timelines for campaigns.
• Support events, webinars, and virtual conferences as part of ABM strategy.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare account lists for digital activities.
