Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks Forward‑Deployed Engineer I/II to translate data, intent signals, and LLMs into scalable production solutions for the global social‑good technology industry. You will engineer smarter MarTech and ABM systems, integrate Marketo/Salesforce, and expand your AI expertise across multiple teams in a remote‑first environment.

You will code in Python/JavaScript, work with REST APIs, and participate in end‑to‑end delivery, system orchestration, and data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, revenue operations, or sales operations within a B2B SaaS or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python or JavaScript).
• Experience integrating systems through REST APIs, webhooks, or iPaaS platforms like Workato, Zapier, or n8n.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI platforms such as Claude or OpenAI in real business workflows.
• Experience with prompt engineering and basic AI agent or automation design.
• SQL and data query/validation/transformation skills.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, loosely scoped situations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered agents, automations, and integrations using Claude, OpenAI, and similar LLM platforms.
• Write production-quality code and scripts in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Integrate marketing systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools like Workato, Zapier, and n8n.
• Apply prompt engineering and agent orchestration for reliable, explainable AI tools.
• Triage data quality and integration issues across platforms to ensure accurate inputs for AI tools.
