Taft Property Venture Development Corp. in Cebu City invites a QA/ABAP specialist to join our IT team. You will ensure ERP, SAP, HRIS, and E-Portal systems operate reliably through rigorous testing and validation across migrations.
You will document test plans, execute UAT, coordinate defect resolutions with vendors and IT staff, and help stabilize go-live performance while maintaining QA records and compliance with security policies.

Create, document, and execute test plans and test cases for ERP, HRIS, Payroll, DIAS, TED, SAP, and E-Portal
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for new systems, enhancements, and fixes
Validate end-to-end business process, approvals, access controls, and reporting accuracy
Track, document, and coordinate resolutions of defects with vendors, and IT team
Monitor post go live system performance and collect user feedback
Perform QA activities across all migration phases including configuration, data migration, testing and deployment
Validate master data, transactional data, and historical data accuracy after migration
Ensure system processes align with company policies and operational requirements
Support go live readiness assessments and post implementation stabilization
Conduct network testing to ensure connectivity, performance, availability,a nd security compliance
validate configurations of switches, firewalls, access points, and network integrations
Monitor server performance, backups, disaster recovery readiness, and system uptime
Perform quality checks on workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
Maintain complete QA documentation including test scripts, results, defect logs, and sign offs
Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and audit requirements
Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity testing and documentation
Identify risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Work closely with IT Teams, business users, and vendors to validate system readiness
Provide recommendations to improve system performance, infrastructure reliability, and QA processes
Support change management, user readiness validation, and IT improvement initiatives
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or IT operations
Must have work experience as an ABAP Developer
Good communication and coordination skills for issue resolutions, reporting, and finding, and supporting users
Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities, especially during system migration, and go live periods
