Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a SAP Business Suite Testing Senior Analyst to design, code, and refine automated and manual test cases for SAP ECC/S/4 environments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective test strategies, build automated scripts using Worksoft, Selenium, Tosca, and related tools, and act as SME to improve QA processes across projects in Manila and Cebu offices.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in automation test planning.
• Experience with SAP ECC / S/4 testing.
• Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Experience creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for SAP using Worksoft, Selenium, Playwright, and Tosca.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into test strategies and scenarios.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts and test data across SAP environments.
• Track, document, and resolve defects ensuring timely remediation and process improvement.
• Serve as SME and drive automation best practices to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Job Overview

As SAP Business Suite Testing Senior Analyst, a typical day involves designing, coding, and improving various components within software systems or applications. The role requires working collaboratively with team members to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. The position emphasizes the use of contemporary development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure high-quality software delivery and continuous enhancement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for SAP applications using Worksoft, Selenium, Playwright, and Tosca to ensure system quality and reliability.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, create test strategies, and translate business needs into effective test scenarios.

• Build and maintain automated test scripts, prepare test data, and execute testing across SAP environments to support seamless project delivery.

• Track, document, and resolve defects and test issues, ensuring timely remediation and continuous improvement of testing processes.

• Work independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contribute to team discussions, and drive automation best practices to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expertise in Automation test planning.

• Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience in test automation tools such as Selenium, HP UFT, TestComplete, Tricentis TOSCA, or Worksoft Certify.

• Additional Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.

• Experience in creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios with SAP ECC / S/4.

• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as, ALM, JIRA, qTest, or Bugzilla.

• The candidate should have at least 3 to 7 years of experience in automation test planning.

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.

• This position is open for Cebu and Manila office.
