Job summary

CAE Inc in the Philippines is seeking an experienced instructor to conduct pre- and post-flight simulator briefings, deliver training, and support license and certification outcomes. You will maintain training records, identify gaps, and contribute to curriculum development.

Ideal candidates hold ICAO ATPL with English level 5, a professional pilot license, and 2+ years of aviation training experience. Strong English and customer-focused mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2000 PIC hours on a multi-crew jet transport.
• Minimum 2 years aviation training or flight instruction experience.
• ICAO recognised ATPL with English level 5 and valid pilot license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct simulator briefings as per CAE standards and SOPs.
• Deliver training sessions following CAE, manufacturer, and customer SOPs.
• Provide simulator instruction for licenses, type ratings, and certifications.
• Maintain client training records and support instructor handovers.
• Recommend remedial training when progress gaps occur.
• Record simulator use and discrepancies per procedures.
• Monitor validity of instructional qualifications to deliver training.
• Contribute to curriculum and courseware development.
• Complete examiner training when assigned by Head of Training.
• Act as an invigilator during examinations when required.
