Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in the Philippines.

You will perform assembly work according to work instructions, set up and test system racks, and use basic hand tools to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies. Applicants should read drawings or schematics, follow safety and 5S practices, and collaborate with engineering to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, equipment or assembly environments preferred.
• Able to read and follow work instructions, drawings or schematic diagrams.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical assembly or semiconductor equipment is advantageous.
• Training can be provided for candidates with relevant technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly work according to work instructions, schematic diagrams and technical specifications
• Carry out system rack assembly, setup and testing
• Use hand tools and equipment for mechanical/electrical assembly work
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled systems when required
• Identify assembly or technical issues and work with the engineering team on improvements
• Ensure completed work meets required quality and workmanship standards
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S and workplace safety requirements
• Perform other production and assembly duties as assigned by the supervisor
