Job summary
HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a production operator position at an electronics manufacturing site in the Philippines. The role covers box build assemblies, system integration, wire harnesses and cable assemblies, with a 5-day work week and standard office hours.
The basic salary is up to $2,500 plus overtime, with overtime and a variable bonus potential to reach $3,000–$3,500 gross. Entry level and experienced applicants are welcome to apply and training will be provided.
Qualifications
- Must have Nitec/Diploma or equivalent with relevant working experience.
- Some experience is a plus; entry-level welcome to apply.
- Able to follow instructions, work independently and in a team; open to overtime.
Responsibilities
- Interpret assembly instructions, schematics and specs.
- Operate hand tools and equipment for assembly tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve processes and implement changes.
- Perform system rack assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
- Support 5S and safety practices; maintain records.
- Lead operators to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Assist with basic electronics assembly tasks as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
