Job summary

Qualifications

• At least High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in production or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies per work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, or machines for assembly.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report issues.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation; 5S compliance.
• Document production output and materials used.
• Adhere to safety rules and PPE; participate in continuous improvement.
