Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings and instructions.
• Experience with measuring devices and assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, sub-assembly, and integration of components according to docs and work instructions.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, bills of materials, SOPs, and visual instructions.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specs.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and equipment safely.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials, quality concerns, and deviations.
• Support troubleshooting of routine assembly issues and assist in corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow all ESD, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, lean manufacturing, and productivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Materials teams.
• Support training and knowledge sharing as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
