Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Architect/3D Visualizer to transform PDF plans into detailed exterior elevations and photorealistic renderings for ultra-luxury estate villas.

You will work from provided plans, ensuring accuracy, collaborating with the design team, and delivering polished visuals for reviews and client presentations. Candidates should own software licenses and have a strong portfolio of luxury residential work.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Architect, Architectural Designer, 3D Architectural Visualizer or similar, preferably luxury projects.
• Architectural Visualization: capable of detailed elevations and photorealistic renderings from PDFs.
• Software Expertise: proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray or similar.
• Design Understanding: strong sense of proportions, construction details, materials, elevations, spaces in high-end residential design.
• Portfolio & Attention to Detail: solid portfolio showing luxury architecture, high visual quality, precision.
• Own software/license for architectural and 3D visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop exterior elevations for ultra-luxury estate villas from architectural plans and PDFs.
• Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings.
• Translate PDF drawings into professional elevations and visualizations.
• Incorporate façades, rooflines, materials, landscaping and luxury features.
• Ensure elevations/renderings match source plans and flag inconsistencies.
• Produce visuals for design reviews, client presentations and marketing.
• Collaborate with development and design teams for revisions.
• Maintain organized files and manage revisions within timelines.

Profile Requirements:

• Professional Experience: Proven experience as an Architect, Architectural Designer, 3D Architectural Visualizer, or similar role, preferably with luxury residential, resort, hospitality, or high-end estate projects.
• Architectural Visualization: Strong demonstrated ability to produce detailed elevations, 3D models, and photorealistic architectural renderings from PDF plans and drawings.
• Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency with relevant architectural and 3D visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or comparable platforms.
• Design Understanding: Strong understanding of architectural proportions, construction details, materials, elevations, spatial relationships, and high-end residential design principles.
• Portfolio & Attention to Detail: A strong portfolio demonstrating luxury architectural work, exceptional visual quality, precision, creativity, and the ability to translate architectural plans into compelling three-dimensional presentations.
• Candidate should have own software/license for architectural and 3D visualization

Core responsibilities:

• Architectural Elevations: Develop accurate, detailed exterior elevations for ultra-luxury estate villas based on provided architectural plans and PDF files.
• 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings that accurately represent the villa designs, proportions, architectural details, and overall aesthetic.
• PDF-to-Design Conversion: Interpret existing PDF drawings, plans, dimensions, and design information and translate them into professional architectural elevations and 3D visualizations.
• Design Detailing: Incorporate architectural elements, façade treatments, rooflines, windows, doors, materials, finishes, landscaping, and other luxury design features into the visualizations.
• Design Accuracy: Ensure elevations and renderings remain faithful to the source plans while identifying inconsistencies, missing information, or areas requiring clarification.
• Presentation Materials: Produce polished architectural visuals suitable for internal design review, client presentations, marketing, and showcasing the estate villas to prospective owners.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with the development and design team to incorporate feedback, revisions, and evolving architectural requirements throughout the visualization process.
• File Management & Revisions: Maintain organized architectural files, models, renderings, and revisions while delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
