Job summary

Trends Group in Metro Manila is seeking a skilled 3D Renderer to support architecture and interior design projects. You will produce 3D models and renderings, develop building element models, and prepare digital materials based on design team inputs.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite, and strong visualization and communication skills. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Certification in SketchUp, V-Ray, or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience as a 3D Renderer, preferably in architectural or interior design projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visualization skills and understanding of technical drawings.
• Good communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and willing to learn company standards.

Responsibilities

• Produces 3D models and renderings for Architecture and Interior Design projects.
• Develops 3D models of building elements such as structures, partitions, ceilings, floors, and furniture.
• Sources and prepares digital materials and models based on design team inputs (e.g., drawings, mood boards, samples).
• Creates 3D renderings for project visualization and costing requirements.
• Coordinates with the Principal Architect and project designers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Handles multiple projects and collaborates with different design teams as needed.
