Job summary

Radius Architectural is seeking a skilled 3D architectural modeller to create accurate SketchUp models from drawings and concepts. You will produce complex 3D components, furnishings, and details while using SketchUp extensions for high-quality output.

You will translate design intent into visually compelling models and supporting renderings for design development and client presentations, coordinating with the design team to reflect approved specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Preferably 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, 3D modeling, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SketchUp, with strong knowledge of modeling techniques, commands, tools, extensions, and plugins.
• Proficient in Lumion for architectural visualization and rendering.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical plans.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, space planning, materials, and detailing.
• Strong visual communication, presentation, and design interpretation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and within project deadlines.
• Experience working on a variety of architectural projects is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate design concepts into accurate and visually compelling 3D models.
