Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join its 2nd Level Support team in Ortigas, Pasig. The role is nightshift with training days and will start with onsite reporting during the first 1-3 months, transitioning to a work-from-home arrangement thereafter.

You will analyze user issues, monitor logs, and provide second-level support while collaborating with the 1st Level team. SQL/NoSQL and C# skills are preferred. A robust benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a software support or application support role.
• Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience reproducing, analyzing, and investigating software faults.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring user issues, document findings, and prepare incidents for escalation.
• Monitor application job logs, identify errors, resolve issues where possible, and escalate complex cases.
• Provide second-level technical support to internal colleagues and assist the 1st Level Support team with complex software-related issues.
• Investigate SQL and NoSQL database issues and analyze application behavior to identify root causes.
• Utilize C# code to troubleshoot, reproduce, and narrow down application issues while supporting software stability.
