Job summary

Luxoft Singapore is seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 production support for treasury applications, including monitoring, issue resolution, and EOD batch processes.

You will read Unix logs, run SQL queries, and collaborate with global teams to ensure uptime across morning, night and weekend shifts. Experience in production support and willingness to work shifting hours is required; Control-M and Murex are a plus.

Qualifications

• 0.5-2 years of experience in production application support environment.
• Ability to read unix logs for debugging and troubleshooting.
• SQL experience to fetch data.
• Experience in providing L1 & L2 application technical and functional support.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
• Flexible in working shifts and over weekends.
• Control-M and Murex experience are nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• L1 & L2 application technical and functional support in production treasury environment.
• Monitoring and resolution of issues in online trade booking applications.
• Management of environment and EOD batch support across shifts 24/7.
• Production support of Java/microservices applications.
