Job summary

ATPI is seeking an experienced Jr. Team Leader – 24/7 to support the Head of Operations and oversee daily travel operations. The role demands enforcing policies, guiding consultants, and driving performance across scheduling, escalation handling, and client communications.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Travel/Tourism and at least five years in travel, with strong Amadeus GDS skills. Willingness to work 24/7 with various shifts and on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel/Tourism or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in airline or travel industry.
• Strong proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), especially Amadeus.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Operations across all business aspects affecting operations.
• Enforce client policies and processes; ensure adherence and urgency in handling escalations.
• Lead team in attendance, productivity, and call handling.
• Oversee special projects, airline incentives, and strategies for incremental income.
• Provide timely client feedback to improve service and communication.
