Job summary

Vestas Manila hosts a 24x7 Network Operations Center focused on monitoring global IT services, ensuring high availability, and guiding incident lifecycle from detection to resolution.

As a NOC Analyst, you will monitor network performance, manage tickets, generate reports, and collaborate across teams while embracing learning opportunities in automation and AI. This role requires shift work, strong English, and a proactive, customer-service oriented mindset to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT service desk or NOC roles.
• Knowledge of IT systems stack (network, hardware, OS, databases).
• Experience with Active Directory and admin tasks.
• Strong English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Serve as team member on a 24x7 IT operation.
• Monitor performance and service availability of global IT services including voice/data network, hardware and servers.
• Manage and track trouble/service tickets.
• Maintain service outage log and shift logs.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, or ticketing system with speed and accuracy.
• Generate service performance reports.
• Identify and fix network and server problems using diagnostic tools and escalate as needed.
• Track status of cases and escalate when necessary.
• Provide network performance metrics to management and other teams.
• Contribute to the Knowledge Base with technical solutions.
• Improve knowledge of and ability to operate all support tools and technologies.
• Participate in projects as a member of the NOC team.
