Job summary

Vestas Manila is seeking a Plant Network Support professional within the Remote Operations Center Manila. You will handle offsite network support, remote configuration and upgrades of network hardware at Wind Power Plants, and ensure connectivity to the Vestas network globally.

Responsibilities include maintaining network uptime through remote troubleshooting, managing Cisco devices, incident resolution, and contributing to continuous operations improvement; hybrid work setup in Manila.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT, or equivalent.
• CCNA certified or equivalent networking certification.
• Experience maintaining real-world production networks with Cisco gear.
• Knowledge of security and risk management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Offsite network support to help customers connect to the Vestas network.
• Remote configuration, installation, and upgrade of network hardware in Wind Power Plants.
• Facilitate wind farm integration to the Vestas network.
• Maintain network uptime via remote troubleshooting.
• Manage Cisco devices and incident resolution.
• Contribute to continuous operations improvement and project involvement.
