Job summary

LUXASIA in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern for a 3-4 month contract to support planning and execution of marketing initiatives across brands. You will assist in content creation, coordinate events with suppliers, and help compile PR reports while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, with a keen eye for trends and influencer activity.

Qualifications

• Marketing internship or related experience preferred.
• Interest in beauty and social media trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for events and permit processing.
• Creatively write client-facing and influencer-facing copies for invites, spiels, emails, etc., with the approval of Marketing Manager/ Asst. Product Manager
• Creation of post-mortem reports - analyze sales data and be able to come up with solutions and next steps.
• Assist the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare and coordinate the packing of PR kits and tracking/shipping of items.
• Consolidate monthly PR clippings with media values- keeping track of the brand's social media presence and news articles.
• Provide support for special ad-hoc projects
• Has a passion for all things beauty
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
• Aware of trends, especially with influencers and what they post on social media
• Can thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Open and willing for a 3-4 months contract
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and eye for detail
• Photo and video editing skills is a plus
