Job summary

Amanpulo, a luxury resort in Palawan, Philippines, invites ambitious graduates and interns to join its 18-month Ignite – Management Development Program (Rooms). The program starts with a month of immersion across Operations, Finance, HR and Sales, then a placement to take on greater responsibilities and lead projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or related program requiring or accepting an internship.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily Rooms Division operations, gaining hands-on experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
• Support the delivery of personalized, seamless, and exceptional guest experiences in line with Aman’s luxury service standards.
• Assist in coordinating room assignments, guest arrivals and departures, VIP arrangements, and special requests.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in handling guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery under the guidance of department leaders.
• Participate in operational projects, service improvement initiatives, and process reviews to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Gain exposure to departmental budgeting, cost control, occupancy management, and performance reporting.
• Develop leadership and team management skills through departmental rotations, briefings, and training sessions.
• Take on progressive responsibilities and special projects to strengthen operational knowledge, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.
• Uphold Aman’s brand values, service philosophy, and standards of professionalism at all times.
