Job summary

Aprio is seeking a 1099 Support Team Member to help clients maximize opportunities by timely filing of 1099s. The project runs November 2025 through February 2026, with night shifts (8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT) and onsite work in Clark or Makati.

You will review vendor eligibility, update records in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Netsuite, and communicate with clients to gather required data. This role supports the accounting team using Track1099.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience with Xero and QuickBooks Online required.
• Experience with Track1099 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze accounts and vendors to identify 1099 eligibility.
• Update records in QuickBooks Online, Xero or Netsuite as needed.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to obtain information for 1099s.
• File 1099 forms using Track1099 for the accounting team.
