Job summary

Aprio’s Outsourcing team seeks a 1099 Support Team Member to assist in timely 1099 filing and client/vendor communications. This is a project-based role running Nov 2025–Feb 2026 with on-site work in Clark or Makati and a night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT).

You will work with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, and Track1099 to ensure accurate information. Ideal candidates have a BS in Accounting or Finance, strong accounting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience with Xero and QuickBooks Online required.
• Familiarity with Track1099 is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts and vendors for 1099 eligibility.
• Update records in QuickBooks Online, Xero and Netsuite as needed.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to obtain information for 1099s.
• File 1099 forms using Track1099.

We are looking for individuals to work closely with internal and external clients assisting in the timely and accurate filing of 1099s. 1099s are informational returns in the United States that document payments made by our business clients to individuals and businesses that are not employees.

This is a project-based role that will begin in November 2025 and end in February 2026.

Position Responsibilities

• Review and analyze accounts and vendors in order to identify 1099 eligibility
• Update related records in QuickBooks Online, Xero and/or Netsuite as needed
• Communicate with clients and their vendors in order to obtain required information related to 1099s
• Support accounting team by filing 1099 forms using Track1099
  

Qualifications

• Amenable to work night shift starting from 8:00 PM-5:00 AM PHT
• Shifting Schedule (depending on business/client needs)
• Onsite Set up either in Clark or Makati Site.
• Strong accounting skills: the ideal candidate will have a BS in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with Xero and QuickBooks Online is required, experience in Track1099 will be an edge
• Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple clients
• Must be an independent, resourceful, self-starter; and also a team player
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills and the willingness to ask questions and suggest/implement improvements
• High degree of emotional maturity; ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities efficiently and effectively
