Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and manage the full set of accounts.
• Maintain financial records, investment transactions and asset valuations.
• Process and reconcile investment trades, capital calls and cash movements.
• Reconcile ledgers, bank statements and balance sheets.
• Maintain investment schedules and portfolio summaries.
• Prepare monthly management reports for shareholders.
• Review statutory filings and tax returns for accuracy.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and bankers.
• Assist with bank account openings and related docs.
• Coordinate with Hong Kong colleagues on accounting matters.
• Handle ad-hoc accounting duties as required.

Education

• Manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely preparation of monthly financial statements

• Maintain and verify financial records, investment transactions and asset valuations relating to funds and private equity

• Process and reconcile investment trades, capital calls, distributions and cash movements

• Perform reconciliations of general ledgers, bank statements, balance sheets and supporting schedules

• Maintain investment schedules, portfolio records and financial summaries

• Prepare monthly management reports for shareholders

• Review annual statutory filings and tax return documents to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Liaise with external auditors, Singapore and US tax agents, bankers and corporate secretaries

• Assist with bank account opening procedures and related documentation

• Coordinate with Hong Kong colleagues on accounting and financial matters

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Min 2 years experience in relevant roles

• Working Location: Raffles

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 545pm)

• Salary: Up to $5000

• 1 Year Contract, Subject to extend or convert to perm
