Peoplyee is seeking an IT Manager to oversee store IT systems, plan installations for new openings, and align technology with business growth. You will lead a small team across multiple stores, coordinating with store managers to deliver reliable operations. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

The position focuses on developing IT strategies, managing hardware/software maintenance, and driving continuous improvements in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience in IT management for retail or F&B.
• Knowledge of store IT systems, hardware and software maintenance.
• Experience installing IT systems for new store openings including cameras.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and store managers.
• Salary reviews twice yearly based on KPI and regulations.

Jobs Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in information technology management, preferably within the retail or food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with store information technology systems, hardware, and software maintenance.
• Experience setting up information technology systems for new store openings, including in-store camera installation.
• Ability to develop and execute information technology strategies that support business growth and organizational expansion.
• Strong management skills, with experience leading and motivating a team.
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with internal teams and store managers.
• Salary reviews twice annually: 1 review in August based on key performance indicators and 1 review based on government regulations
