P2P is seeking a dedicated professional to manage VIP clients in Lima, Peru, focusing on building strong client relationships and enhancing their experience in crypto markets. This role demands strong client service capabilities and expertise in financial services.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in client services, especially in private banking or wealth management. You'll be responsible for enhancing client engagement and liaising with internal teams for effective service delivery.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in client services, preferably in an international financial institution.
• Track record of managing high-net-worth or institutional client relationships end-to-end.
• Familiarity with trading platforms or crypto exchanges is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a portfolio of VIP clients in the NEA market.
• Build rapport with new and existing clients through proactive outreach.
• Monitor key client behaviour and trading patterns for risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly.
• Support client acquisition through events and referral programmes.
