Citi Indonesia is seeking a Senior Trade Product Head to lead the Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS) franchise. You will own product strategy, commercialization, revenue growth and end-to-end governance across the Indonesia Trade portfolio.

Responsibilities include cross-functional leadership, client engagement with senior stakeholders, and driving innovative working capital and trade finance solutions while maintaining strong risk controls.

• 10+ years of experience in Trade Finance or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance, supply chain solutions and working capital optimization.
• Proven experience in managing P&L, product strategy and commercial outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian regulatory and banking environment.

## Trade Product Head, Indonesia - SVPApply: Hybrid: Jakarta Indonesia: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 2, 2026 (13 days left to apply): 26994462The Indonesia Trade Product Head is responsible for leading Citi's Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS) product franchise in Indonesia. The role owns product strategy, commercialization, revenue growth, risk management, client engagement, regulatory interaction, and end-to-end product governance across the local Trade business.The successful candidate will drive franchise growth by partnering closely with Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury and Trade Solutions Sales, Risk, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver innovative working capital and trade finance solutions that meet client needs while maintaining strong risk and control standards.The role is a member of the Asia South Trade Product organization and is accountable for achieving financial targets, driving strategic initiatives, enhancing client experience, and maintaining Citi's leadership position in the Indonesian trade market.**Key Responsibilities****Franchise and Business Leadership*** Lead the Trade and Working Capital Solutions franchise in Indonesia.* Develop and execute the country trade strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.* Drive revenue growth, wallet expansion, market share gains and portfolio profitability.* Manage country Trade P&L and deliver against agreed financial, balance sheet and return targets.* Identify emerging market trends, industry developments and client needs to shape product priorities and business strategy.**Client and Market Engagement*** Partner with Banking, Sales and Coverage teams to originate, structure and deliver trade and working capital solutions for clients.* Engage directly with strategic clients, regulators, industry bodies and ecosystem partners to strengthen Citi's market position.* Support key client opportunities, large mandates and strategic transactions through solution design and executive engagement.* Drive client acquisition, cross-sell opportunities and deeper penetration across priority sectors and corridors.**Product Management and Innovation*** Manage the full lifecycle of Trade products including Import/Export solutions, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Bank Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit and Structured Trade solutions.* Drive product commercialization, pricing strategy and go-to-market execution.* Identify and implement product enhancements, digital solutions and process improvements to improve competitiveness and client experience.* Champion innovation initiatives, including digitization, ecosystem partnerships and emerging trade finance capabilities.**Risk, Controls and Regulatory Management*** Maintain strong ownership of product governance, controls and regulatory compliance.* Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, laws and regulations while safeguarding Citi and its clients.* Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations teams to manage product risks, controls and portfolio quality.* Engage proactively with local regulators and industry associations on trade-related developments and market initiatives.* Escalate and manage control issues transparently and in accordance with Citi standards.**Cross-Functional Leadership*** Lead collaboration across Product Sales, Banking, Operations, Services, Technology, Risk and Control Functions.* Drive execution of strategic initiatives and ensure successful delivery of country and regional objectives.* Influence regional and global stakeholders on country priorities, market developments and investment needs.* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and client-centricity.**People Leadership*** Lead, develop and mentor the Indonesia Trade team.* Drive talent development, succession planning, employee engagement and performance management.* Build a high-performing team focused on franchise growth, risk excellence and client outcomes.**Qualifications*** 10+ years of experience in Trade Finance, Working Capital Solutions, Transaction Banking or related fields.* Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products, supply chain solutions, working capital optimization and structured trade transactions.* Demonstrated experience managing P&L, product strategy and commercial outcomes.* Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory and banking environment.* Proven ability to engage with senior clients and internal stakeholders.* Strong leadership, influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills.* Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and a track record of delivering results in a complex matrix organization.**Education*** Bachelor's degree required.* Master's degree or relevant professional qualifications preferred.•Working Environment: office setting, minimal travel required. • Effort: minimal physical effort required.
