Qualifications

• 6–10 years in B2B sales, healthcare sales or corporate wellness.
• Strong experience in corporate sales, partnerships, and hospital/insurance ecosystems.
• Experience in diagnostics, preventive healthcare, insurance or health-tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end revenue across corporate, MVT, and partner channels.
• Build and scale the corporate sales portfolio by driving new client acquisition.
• Lead the empanelment strategy by identifying and onboarding hospitals and diagnostic centres.
• Own and deepen strategic relationships with existing partners.
• Build and scale the MVT business by establishing partnerships with insurance providers.
• Develop and manage a cross-border hospital network for seamless service delivery.
• Drive partner activation and productivity through structured engagement.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies across corporate ecosystems.
• Track and optimize key business metrics including pipeline strength and revenue yield.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
