TeamMatchingPoint is seeking a Sous Chef / Deputy Head Chef for the winter season 2026/27 at a hotel in Lech. The position offers a net salary above €2,300 per month, plus accommodation and meals.

Responsibilities include organizing kitchen processes and team scheduling, station work, ordering and checking goods, and ensuring HACCP hygiene standards. EU citizens or valid Austrian work permits are required, with motivation and teamwork as essential traits.

Looking for a new job as Sous Chef / Deputy Head Chef (Winter season 2026/27)? A hotel in Lech is looking for you – with over €2,300 net per month plus accommodation and meals.

What you bring

What you can expect

• Accommodation: single room, free of charge, in the hotel – private bathroom/WC, free laundry, TV (no deposit)
• Meals: 3 meals a day, also on days off, free of charge
• Working hours: 5- or 6-day week, over 40 hours, split and continuous shifts
• Season: Winter season 2026/27 (seasonal position)
• Couples welcome
• Pay above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience
