Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or related field.
• Experience in service sales, contract management, or commercial roles within the energy sector.
• Strong hunter profile with client acquisition and prospecting experience.
• Advanced English; Spanish fluency essential for regional operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and monitor the progress of the power electronics service sales strategy across assigned markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market trends and client engagement.
• Develop contract strategies and project proposals aligned with customer needs and budgets.
• Review, negotiate, and manage contract baselines to maximize financial and operational performance.
• Coordinate with technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure accurate commercial execution.
• Provide guidance on new business opportunities using strong legal and commercial knowledge.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
