A global manufacturing and distribution company in Lima is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. This highly visible role reports to the CFO and involves leading financial planning and analysis, developing dashboards with Power BI, and partnering with senior leadership to drive financial strategy. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of FP&A experience and a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.

Formación

• 2+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, ideally Power BI.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus.

A privately held global manufacturer and distributor is seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior FP&A Analyst to join their finance team following the acquisition of a public company. This highly visible role reports directly to the CFO and requires someone who can work independently, take ownership, and partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze operational performance and deliver clear, actionable insights to executive leadership
• Partner closely with senior leaders across departments to support post-acquisition integration and business growth
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics using Power BI and other tools
• Present financial insights and recommendations in a concise, impactful way to the CFO and executive team
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis and financial modeling
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, ideally Power BI
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and requires minimal hand-holding
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or CPG environments is a plus
