Formación

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join a leading law firm’s pricing and rates team. This role supports the development of client pricing proposals and financial models while partnering with attorneys, finance, and IT. The ideal candidate will have experience working with financial or billing systems, analyzing data, and an interest in building value through data-driven pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing models to support client proposals and rate structures
• Analyze billing and rate data to identify trends and inform pricing strategy
• Prepare and manage rate approvals and system entries
• Support the development of alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) and budget scenarios
• Use Excel to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from firm systems
• Generate reports and dashboards related to client pricing, rate adjustments, and profitability
• Partner with finance systems teams to troubleshoot data issues and validate pricing outputs
• Contribute to automation initiatives and process improvements in pricing analytics

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a pricing, FP&A, or data analyst role (law firm/professional services experience preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Familiarity with financial or billing systems preferred
• Ability to analyze large datasets and summarize insights for stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or SQL a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
