Peoplyee in Jakarta seeks a Technical Support Engineer to aid the sales team and customers through the full sales cycle with hands-on technical guidance.

The role involves collaborating with channel partners, system integrators, developers and end users to design, tailor and implement solutions while coordinating internal resources and demonstration activities. Jakarta-based with training opportunities.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in computing, engineering, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in engineering or consulting.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, service-oriented, and proactive attitude.
• Driver Licence: To be confirmed.
• THR (Lebaran Allowance): 1 month of salary
