Job summary

Ningbo MH Industry Co., Ltd. is seeking a sales-oriented professional to develop high-potential customers in the textile sector, conduct regular visits, and build strategic partnerships to drive orders.

You will manage market research, promote new products, and coordinate with Chinese colleagues to secure pricing and new orders, while ensuring timely payments and effective collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the textile industry such as garment accessories/fabrics/home textiles.
• Bachelor's degree required; English at B2+/C1 level for business communication.
• Strong sales process knowledge and GTM initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; proficient with Word/Excel/Email.

Responsibilities

• Develop potential customers through prospecting, visits, and partnerships to drive orders.
• Conduct market investigation and research related to products.
• Promote new products, gather target prices, and coordinate with colleagues to secure orders.
• Push customers to payment and arrange new orders.
• Collect information on customs, agents, and local logistics; perform other tasks as directed.

What You Will Do

• Develop potential customers: Identify high-potential target customers through proactive prospecting, conduct regular in-depth visits to build strategic partnerships, and drive order conversion to achieve sales targets;
• Market investigation: conduct related product research regularly;
• New product promotion: introduce new items for customers, find new moving products from the market and get target prices and other information for Chinese colleagues to collect new orders;
• Push customer to make payment and arrange new orders;
• Collect information about customs policy, customs agent, local logistics, etc.;
• Complete other tasks assigned by Chinese colleagues.

Who We’re Looking for

• 2+ years of experience in the textile industry, such as garment accessories/fabrics/home textiles, etc.;
• Education: Bachelor's degree;
• Language Skills: English B2+/C1 (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced);
• Extensive knowledge of the sales process and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives;
• A skilled and experienced presenter to customers, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Extensive experience in sales techniques and strategies;
• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team;
• Other Skills: Ms Word, Ms Excel, E-mail etc.

Remuneration

In line with the principle of productive strivers, we offer:

1. Monthly salary: 3200-4200 PEN;
   • Basic salary: 2500 PEN
   • Performance salary: 200-500 USD
2. New customer bonus: 250-500 USD per order;
3. Transportation and communication allowance;
4. Other benefits: Christmas benefits, birthday benefits, social insurance and 14 salaries.
