Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Product Training & Education:
  • Develop, coordinate and deliver high-impact product training for distributors, resellers or retail sales teams
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, quick guides, and digital content.
  • Stay current on all product features, benefits, technical specifications, and competitive landscape.
• 2. In-Store Support & Merchandising:
  • Work closely with key customers to support the successful "product launch in-store".
  • Ensure optimal product placement, POS (Point-of-Sale) material availability, and correct pricing.
  • Audit store displays for compliance with brand standards and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Educate store staff on how to effectively demonstrate and sell our products.
• 3. Promotional & Event Support:
  • Provide on-the-ground support for key promotional activities, trade shows, and demo events.
  • Train and motivate field teams and retail staff during promotional periods to maximize sales impact.
  • Gather and report feedback from the field on market trends, competitor activities, and customer reactions.
• 4. Feedback & Reporting:
  • Act as the "eyes and ears" in the market, providing valuable feedback to the Product Management and Marketing teams.
  • Report on training effectiveness and market intelligence.

Qualifications:

• 1. Proven experience (3+ years) in a product training, field trainer, or technical advisor role.
• 2. Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 3. Fluency in Spanish. English is working language.
• 4. Interest in technology, desire to learn and develop in this direction.
• 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• 6. Readiness for business trips.
