BairesDev is seeking a Client-Facing Staffing Analyst to connect clients with top IT talent. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, translate client needs into actionable placements, and ensure a high-quality staffing process across accounts.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage workloads in a fast-paced environment, and rely on your strong English skills to communicate with global clients while enjoying 100% remote work and flexible hours.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client-facing recruitment and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong workload prioritization, organizational skills, and self-regulation.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

As a Client-Facing Staffing Analyst, you will act as a primary point of contact for our clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and translate them into successful placements. You will align recruitment efforts with stakeholder expectations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality staffing process.
