Flix is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to drive performance of our bus partner network in Peru. Based in Lima, this role blends field collaboration with data-driven optimization in a hybrid setup.

You will build partner relationships, monitor KPI adherence, conduct audits, ensure process compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience in transport/logistics.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Organized, independent and reliable working style.

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain, and develop long-lasting relationships with bus partners and stations.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with bus operators to avoid disruptions.
• Monitor operators’ adherence to processes and conduct audits for quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with Flixbus procedures and protocols.
• Analyze KPIs to identify improvement areas and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure updated operator information and training progress.

We’re looking for a motivated and driven Regional Operations Specialist (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. You will be working in a rapidly scaling-up environment and being responsible for managing operational topics concerning Flixbus’ bus partners in Perú.

This role will be based in Lima, Perú under a hybrid working model.

About the Role

• Build, maintain, and develop long-lasting relationships with bus partners & bus station.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with ourbusoperators to ensure there is no disruption.
• Monitor operators’adherence to our processes and standards and carry out audits with operators to ensure they follow quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Flixbus procedures and protocols.
• Monitor andanalyseKPIs toidentify areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to enhance partner performance and service quality.
• Work cooperatively with our operators to ensure that their information on our platform is updated, as well as track training process for bus drivers.
• Collaborate cross-functionallywith internal teams (e.g.,Network Planning, Business Development) for seamless operations.

About You

• 5+years of work experience in operations,ideallyin dynamic daily environmentwithin transportation,logistics, mobility, or delivery sectors.
• Fluent Spanish and Englishisa must.
• Ability toadequately deal with different stakeholders (e.g. business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality.
• Organized, independent,reliable and responsible working style.
• Strong Analytical skills.
