Teleperformance Peru is seeking a Rental Specialist for chat and email support to assist customers with rental-related complaints. You will respond promptly, guiding clients through resolutions and ensuring a smooth pre-rental experience.

As part of a global team, you will stay informed about current promotions and offerings, delivering clear, empathetic, and proactive communication. This role supports remote work with onsite Miraflores options and includes paid training and a performance bonus

Qualifications

• Fluent or advanced English with clear communication.
• Experience in customer service or call/chat center preferred.
• Ability to handle complaints with proactive attitude.
