University Hospitals of North Midlands is recruiting an Estates Building Maintenance Craftsperson (Painter/Decorator) to join the Estates Team at County Hospital, Stafford. You will work in a large team to deliver high standards of service, carrying out maintenance and repair to the hospital’s building fabric.

The role sits in Band 3 with an additional R&R premium, and is a full-time, on-site position with no visa sponsorship for certain bands.

At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.

The University of North Midlands is looking to recruit an Estates Building Maintenance Craftsperson (Painter/Decorator) to work within the Estates Team at County Hospital. You will be keen and enthusiastic working within a large team to assist in the provision of a high level of service to the hospital. Your duties will include carrying out maintenance and repair to the hospitals building fabric.
