Modinity Group in Peru seeks a QC Inspector with 1+ year in quality control or warehouse receiving to verify deliveries, ensure proper documents, and align inspection schedules. You will prepare AQL plans, perform sampling checks for workmanship, color, and packaging, and classify defects to prevent stock release.

The role requires basic English, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. On-site warehouse inspection experience is essential.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's in textiles or related field as stated.
• Minimum 1 year in quality control, warehouse receiving, or production admin.
• Basic English written and verbal communication.
• Experience with AQL sampling and goods-receipt processes in ERP/WMS.
• Proficient in Excel for inspection logs and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Verify delivery details (style, color, size ratio, quantity) against PO and packing list; document discrepancies.
• Ensure required delivery documents are complete before accepting goods.
• Align receiving and inspection schedules with Warehouse and MDP.
• Prepare AQL sampling plans, checklists, specs, and reference samples for incoming lots.
• Conduct sampling inspections for workmanship, measurements, color, labeling, and packaging per QC guidelines.
• Classify defects (critical, major, minor) and segregate/label non-conforming goods to prevent stock release.
• Issue timely discrepancy and non-conformance reports to MDP and vendors.
• Track vendor resolutions (replacement, rework, return, credit) and escalate to the QC Manager.
• Re-inspect reworked or replacement goods and record final disposition.
• Maintain an up-to-date incoming inspection log and vendor quality database.
• Generate weekly/monthly QC summaries for leadership; archive reports per document control standards.

Requirements :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degreein Textile or Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, BusinessAdministration, or related fields
• Min 1 year in quality control,warehouse receiving, or production administration preferred.
• Basic English, written and verbal.
• Experience in garment, textile, orfashion QC; familiarity with AQL sampling, defect classification, andgoods-receipt processes in an ERP or WMS.
• Workingknowledge of garment quality standards, measurement checking, and basic AQLsampling.
• Proficientin Excel or Google Sheets for inspection logs and reports; familiarity with ERPor WMS receiving modules.
• Highattention to detail and discipline in documentation and record-keeping.
• Clear,factual communication with vendors, warehouse, and MDP when reportingdiscrepancies.
• Willingto work on-site at the warehouse or receiving area and to handle physical goodsduring inspection.
