Cove Living Pte Ltd seeks a Property Operations Associate to manage our Bali properties and support daily facilities, tenant relations, and maintenance tasks. You will liaison with facilities staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.

Based onsite at our properties, you will be part of a dynamic team driving hospitality-focused operations across locations in Asia. If you’re highly organized with excellent communication, we’d love to meet you.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in any major; hospitality/housekeeping or civil/architectural background preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in property management, real estate, or hospitality-related startups.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage buildings and resolve issues to improve tenant experience.
• Uphold Cove’s operations standards and core values.
• Serve as liaison between Cove and facilities staff on-site.
• Assist in room inventory reporting and routine property inspections.
• Coordinate property tickets and maintenance with service contractors.
• Support procurement of properties’ needs and daily facilities tasks.

Job Title: Property Operations Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Property Manager

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively taking care and manage the buildings effectively as well as resolving any issues and continually improving tenant’s experience
• Illustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations
• Act as the liaison between Cove and facilities staff on the property
• Assist in preparing room inventory report
• Assist in routine property inspections
• Assist in organizing properties’ tickets
• Liaise with service contractors to schedule maintenance or repair of the buildings
• Assist in troubleshooting daily facilities maintenance issues
• Assist in routine procurement of properties’ needs

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor Degree in any major (Preferably in civil engineering, architecture or hospitality/housekeeping background)
• Min. 2 years in property management, preferably has experience working in the real estate, hospitality industry, and/or early-stage startup.
• Fresh graduates who are highly organized and have excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
