Cove Living Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Associate in Jakarta on a 6-month contract with potential for permanent employment. You will build strong client relationships, analyze data, and provide strategic operational recommendations, while supporting SOP training and contract renewals.

The role reports to the Senior Account Manager and focuses on driving account growth and ensuring client success in our Jakarta office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, and/or early-stage startup preferred.
• Tech-savvy; able to write product documentation and understand users’ pain points.
• Fresh graduates welcome; highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Data analysis with pivot tables and basic Excel formulas.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify patterns and insights through data analysis and qualitative observations.
• Develop operational assessments and provide strategic recommendations to partners.
• Conduct regular training sessions for partners’ teams to ensure effective SOP implementation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and account review materials for clients.
• Identify account growth opportunities and support partners in resolving operational issues.
• Conduct routine property inspections and submit inspection reports to ensure compliance.
• Support contract renewals and negotiations.
