As a Product Designer, you will work with cross-functional teams to create delightful user experiences, UI kits, and design systems. This remote-friendly role provides exposure to diverse challenges and accelerated career growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• Proficiency working with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
• Experience using and building design systems.
• Strong understanding of responsive web or native mobile designs.
• Strong ability to define scalable information architecture of mobile and web products using common UX patterns.
• Ability to collaborate with other designers, engineers, and other stakeholders by discussing prototypes, solutions, and decisions.
• Ability to break designs into smaller components using methods like atomic design.

As a Product Designer, you will be at the heart of Ravn's engineering process that empowers high-performance teams to quickly develop and deliver exceptional products. We are focused on solving the hardest, most interesting challenges of designingsoftware at scale. We are also passionate about the intersection of Design andEngineering and care deeply about the benefits of improving collaboration and communicationusing designsystems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems for clients in the US. You will work on building delightful user experiences for web and native mobile products, creating UI Kits, and using design systems to deliver solutions that can be validated, in close collaboration with engineering team membersand stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, a related design field, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
• Proficiency working with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
• Experience using and building design systems
• Strong understandingof responsive web or native mobile designs
• Strong ability to define scalable information architecture ofmobile and web products using common UX patterns

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient atthe execution and delivery of high-fidelity product design and design systems
• Track record of building complex scalable systems for both web and mobile apps
• Demonstrates leadership capabilities, self-awareness, and ability to mentor others to achieve their full potential
• Understanding of front-end or mobileengineering constraints andlanguage to foster strong communication in development discussions
• Excellent understandingof responsive web or native mobile designs
• Ability to clearly tell stories to communicate ideas and influence outcomes
• Basic business acumen to articulate design decisions that bring value to the business
• Experience using high-fi prototyping tools like ProtoPie, Webflow, or Framer

Location:

This position is open to candidates based anywhere in Latin America and is fully remote. Candidates located near our offices in Arequipa, Peru or San Salvador, El Salvador have the option to work in a hybrid in-office/remote arrangement. While office attendance is not mandatory, regular or occasional visits to the office is valued.
