MEDLIFE is seeking a recent graduate to join the Talent Acquisition team as an Intern. You will manage recruitment from posting to offer, under guidance from the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and you’ll help ensure candidates have a great experience while maintaining reliable recruiting data.
You will handle screening in English, coordinate interviews, and support handoffs to onboarding, gaining hands-on exposure to the full talent process within a mission-driven NGO.
MEDLIFE is a non-profit organization that partners with low-income communities in Latin America and Africa to improve their access to medicine, education, and community development projects. Our mission is to build a worldwide Movement empowering the poor in their fight for equal access to healthcare, education, and a safe home. Our vision is a world free from the constraints of poverty. MEDLIFE works with students from around the world in order to broaden their perspectives and better equip them to advocate for social justice.
We're looking for a recent graduate who is passionate about people and wants to build a career in Talent Acquisition. You enjoy talking with candidates, you're comfortable doing it in English, and you know that a great hire starts with a well-run process: a clear job posting, a fair screening and a timely answer for every applicant. You're organized, curious and eager to learn. As we continue growing, we'd love for you to be part of the MEDLIFE Movement.
You will manage recruitment and selection processes from job posting to offer, working hand in hand with our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will guide your day-to-day work and your development through weekly calibration sessions. Together you will make sure MEDLIFE hires the right people on time, offers every candidate a great experience and keeps reliable recruiting data. You will report to the Talent Development Team Lead.
Please note: We are grateful to all interested candidates, but only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.
