Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Oracle Database & OCI Administrator to support production Oracle Database environments across on‑premises and cloud platforms in Peru. The role involves OCI and AWS RDS for Oracle, with a focus on security, performance, and DR. Fluent English is mandatory for US collaboration.

Location: Peru – nationwide with preference for Trujillo or Arequipa. Includes opportunities to work on automation using SQL, PL/SQL, Bash, Python, and Terraform in an IaC context.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Oracle Database in production environments.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) database services.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RMAN backup and recovery.
• Experience with performance tuning and database monitoring.
• Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
