Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an L2 Cloud Expert to operate and support Cloud and Kubernetes environments in a production setting. You will deploy microservices on Kubernetes, troubleshoot deployments with Helm/ArgoCD, manage secrets and AWS roles, and monitor systems using CloudWatch and Dynatrace.

The role requires strong hands-on AWS and Kubernetes experience, with a focus on incident response, observability, and seamless platform availability for critical applications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and microservices troubleshooting.
• Solid experience with AWS.
• Experience with Helm and ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of RDS, databases and SQL.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Debezium, MWAA/Airflow.

Your Challenge

You will be responsible for supporting and operating Cloud and Kubernetes environments, including:

• Deploying and managing microservices on Kubernetes.
• Troubleshooting Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD deployments.
