Job summary

AUSTRIA JUICE Group is seeking an Internal Sales Manager for Compounds at our Kroellendorf location. You will support the sales team across production, marketing, QA, R&D, logistics and purchasing, handling inquiries and driving development orders.

You will coordinate tastings and visits while expanding customer relations in the beverage sector. The role requires commercial training, strong numeracy, and German fluency with good English.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team as interface to production, marketing, QA, R&D, logistics and purchasing.
• Handle and process customer inquiries with sales team.
• Monitor current contracts and pricing.
• Create calculations, sample requests and development orders.
• Coordinate development projects for new beverages.
• Organize product tastings and customer visits.
• Prospect and support customers up to ~EUR 100k sales volume.
• Assist with market analyses to refine sales strategy.

For our location in Kroellendorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Sales department as Internal Sales Manager Compounds (all genders).

YOUR MISSION

• Support our sales team as an interface to production, marketing, QA, research & development, logistics and purchasing
• Handling & processing customer inquiries in close cooperation with the sales team
• Monitoring current contracts
• Creation of calculations, sample requests and development orders
• Supporting the coordination of development projects for new beverages
• Organization of product tastings
• Independent support of customers in the food industry up to a sales volume of approx. EUR 100k
• Support with market analyses & resulting further development of the sales strategy
• Independent preparation & organization of customer visits in coordination with the sale

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Completed commercial training (HAK, HLW, business studies)
• Professional experience is an advantage
• Independent & proactive way of working
• Interest in the beverage, food & nutrition sector
• Strong understanding of numbers & business acumen
• Business fluent German & good English skills
