Job summary

AUSTRIA JUICE Group in Kroellendorf seeks a Senior Accountant (all genders) to join the Tax & Accounting team. The role covers monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, VAT returns across VAT-registered countries, and support for audits.

You bring a Certified accountant or degree, 5+ years' experience, strong UGB/UStG knowledge, IFRS basics, SAP FI/SD, and fluent German with good English. We offer home office, transport subsidies, lunch support, and job security.

Qualifications

• Certified accountant with balance sheet accounting qualification or relevant degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of UGB and UStG; good knowledge of KStG.
• Basic IFRS knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel; SAP experience (FI/SD).
• Excellent command of German and good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist monthly reports in Group reporting system.
• Prepare VAT returns, VAT declarations, and EC Sales Lists for VAT-registered countries.
• Independently prepare monthly VAT returns and EC Sales Lists where VAT applies.
• Support external audits and VAT audits.
• Submit statistics to Statistics Austria and the OeNB.
• Handle tax declarations and refund claims (e.g., ENAV, KR).
• Review VAT-relevant transactions for compliance with regulations.
• Ensure adherence to tax and legal requirements.
