AUSTRIA JUICE Group in Kroellendorf (Allhartsberg, Austria) seeks a Flavourist (all genders) to lead flavour development projects for confectionery, beverages and dairy. You will process GCMS data, optimize formulations, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to new flavour methods.

The role requires strong sensory skills, creativity, and proficiency in German and English, with opportunities to collaborate across R&D, QA & Analytics, marketing, and sales.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in food technology, chemistry or related field; solid flavourist training acceptable.
• Ideally 3 years of experience in flavour development for food & beverage.
• Strong sensory skills and creativity with technical depth.
• German and English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities
