We're looking for an Implementation Consultant: a builder who turns real business problems into working systems, and who can sit in front of a client and own the conversation.
You'll lead implementations end to end - from discovery sessions where you map how a client's operation actually works, to designing and delivering the Airtable system that runs it. You won't be alone: a dedicated Engineer handles custom code, and you own the what, the when, and the client relationship.
What matters most is that you've built real, working systems - in Airtable, Bubble, Notion, Zapier/Make, Retool, or whatever tool got the job done - and that you understand why a system that works for 10 records falls apart at 100,000. A formal database background is a great asset here, but it's the building track record that makes the role.
Full-time (40 hours/week), fully remote. You'll manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, so you'll need stable, dedicated availability aligned with US business hours.
