PrismHR is seeking a hands-on Software Architect to design scalable SaaS platforms, modernize legacy systems, and shape technology strategy. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to define vision, architecture, and strategic roadmaps that support growth.

You will lead architecture across the portfolio, build high-quality prototypes, and guide teams through Agile practices and cloud adoption.

Formación

• 10+ years of software development experience across the full SDLC in a web-based SaaS environment.
• Experience designing complex enterprise systems and web-based platforms.
• Proven experience leading software development teams in Agile environments.
• Experience with MultiValue databases such as UniData/UniVerse.
• Hands-on DevOps skills: containerization, config mgmt, monitoring, deployment, automation.
• Experience with data streaming/messaging: Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Experience deploying in Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Ability to define and execute innovative technology roadmaps.
• Interest in legacy modernization and open-source technologies.

PrismHR is looking for a Software Architect to help drive the next generation of our SaaS solutions. In this highly influential role, you'll work across engineering, product management, and executive leadership to define technology vision, architecture, and strategic roadmaps that support our continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Define and advance the architecture vision and roadmap for the PrismHR platform.
• Build high-quality prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that accelerate innovation and help development teams validate new technologies and approaches.
• Partner with architects, engineering teams, product leaders, and executives to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead the architecture and integration of major new capabilities across the product portfolio.
• Ensure architectural decisions address scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and long-term business objectives.
• Define technology strategies based on emerging technologies, market trends, and evolving business needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop architects and software developers while promoting engineering excellence and architectural best practices.
• Champion Agile development, DevOps, automation, cloud adoption, and modern software engineering practices.
• Help drive legacy modernization initiatives and identify opportunities to introduce modern, open-source technologies.
• Work hands-on with development teams to solve complex technical challenges and bring architectural concepts to life.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of software development experience across the full SDLC, preferably within a web-based SaaS environment.
• Strong experience designing complex enterprise systems and web-based platforms.
• Proven experience leading software development teams within Agile environments.
• Experience with MultiValue database technologies, such as UniData, UniVerse, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and technologies, including containerization, configuration management, monitoring, deployment, and automation.
• Experience with data streaming and messaging platforms such as Azure Service Bus, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting applications in Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar solutions.
• Proven ability to define and execute innovative technology roadmaps.
• Experience with or a strong interest in legacy modernization.
• Familiarity with emerging open-source technologies and modern software architecture patterns.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
