Zeal is seeking an outstanding Project Manager to join our LATAM hub in Peru. You will lead end-to-end technology projects, coordinating scopes, timelines, budgets, and risks while aligning with client goals and delivery teams.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a consulting environment. Experience with AI tools to boost productivity is highly valued.

Formación

• Proven experience managing software or technology projects end to end.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Comfort working in a client-facing consulting environment.
• The ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of technology projects from kickoff through close.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets in partnership with clients and delivery teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) as appropriate.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement.
• Track progress, remove blockers, and report status to leadership and clients.
• Ensure quality delivery that stays aligned with business goals.

We’re looking for an outstanding Project Manager to join our team. This role is available across our primary LATAM hub in Peru.

• PMP, CSM, or an equivalent certification.
• A technical background or experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience with project management tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, etc.).
• Experience delivering projects across multiple industries.
